Marshall Pepperman is President and Owner of Marshall's Design, Inc. which is a full service builder design center with a 35 year history. Marshall attended LAVC and later UC Berkeley where he was elected Student Body Treasurer and went on to intern and work in the California State Senate. After graduating, he decided to pursue a career in the Home Furnishings Industry. In 1991 Marshall narrowed his unique “Marketing-focused” Builder Home-Center concept to enhance the Home Buyer experience while resolving needs in the building industry. Marshall's Design became the first and only Builder Home-Center to be recognized by the BIA for its marketing programs and was awarded an Elan Award for Marketing in 1992. Marshall's Design, Inc. has provided Home-Center Services for many of the largest and most prestigious builders in Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Marshall Pepperman currently owns and operates Home-Centers in Newbury Park, California and Orange County, California.
Troy Kenney is the Field Manager for the greater Orange County area. His 26-year history in residential, custom homes and commercial projects make him an expert in his field. Troy has worked closely with MDI's President and Owner, Marshall Pepperman, to create a benchmark standard of installation that combines the highest quality material with experienced, knowledgeable installers.
David Lamas is a Project Manager that has been with the company since 1994. He applies his skills to effectively manage the long standing relationships with his suppliers to client needs. He has extensive knowledge of installation requirements and specification on all material applications which make him an invaluable resource to the company.
Don Jensen's has served the construction industry for 29 years as a Field Superintendent and Quality Assurance Manager. He has applied his knowledge in tile and marble installations working for one of the largest flooring, shower and countertop contractors in California. His valuable design expertise is reflected in each installation. He is “Problem-Solver-in-Chief” at Marshall's Design.
